• Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay which supports credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. By completing a transaction you agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
• Authorization: You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method used in connection with any transaction.
• Auto Renewal: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the next billing date.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Services or any components thereof at any time. Price changes will take effect after notice is provided to users.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes including GST associated with your purchase.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Your right to cancel and receive a refund is governed by our Refund Policy. The refund policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Unless otherwise stated, digital content purchases may become non refundable once access to premium content has been granted.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW THINKORACODE AND ITS AFFILIATES EMPLOYEES AGENTS LICENSORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT INCIDENTAL SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS DATA BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms or the Services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala India.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make changes we will revise the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
